SAYING OF THE WEEK: DON´T COUNT...

Don´t count your chickens before they´re hatched.*

In English, this expression is used for telling someone not to make plans that depend on the success of something until they are certain that it is successful.

You might be able to get a loan from the bank, but don't count your chickens.

*to hatch: if a babybirdfishinsect etc hatches or is hatchedit comes out of its egg and is born.
